Your marketing workspace
Find setup goals, reports, saved business lists, forms and reusable assets.
Find your tools
The sidebar groups Dashboard, Audience, Assets and Settings. Open a group to see its pages. Lead finder remains a direct link, with both search providers, duplicate protection and service-message drafts.
Setup goals and activity
Goals shows progress based on your saved newsletter, business contacts, drafts, domain and enquiries. Following a goal opens the tool that completes it; checking a goal does not enable sending. Recent activity shows saved search states, contact updates, campaign states and enquiries. It is a view of current records, not a full audit trail or a live website visitor tracker.
Reports from actual records
Reports separates unique business contacts, email and phone availability, draft status, cities and provider sources. A contact found through several sources can count in several source totals while remaining one contact. The date range applies to first-saved contact growth in India time; other totals are all time. Newsletter email counters come from recorded campaign statistics. Opening WhatsApp or an email app cannot prove that a message was sent, delivered or read. Revenue is not inferred.
Saved business contact lists
Open Business contact lists or Contacts. Choose city, date, source and website filters, enter a name and save the current filters. Open list applies those filters to the same contact records, including future matching contacts. Saving an existing name updates its filters. Archive hides a list and Restore brings it back; neither changes contacts, drafts or newsletter subscriptions. Subscriber segments remain separate.
Campaign preparation
Campaigns shows recent draft, scheduled and completed campaigns for the selected newsletter. Resume a draft and use preparation shortcuts for sender setup, templates, writing, recipients and review. The existing Write, Review and Send steps still control the campaign. Shortcuts do not send or schedule anything; sender, permission and suppression checks still apply. Business prospects are not automatically included in newsletter audiences.
Inspect supported journeys
Automations shows the supported welcome and client-enquiry journeys, their triggers and timing. These are fixed presets, not a general drag-and-drop workflow builder. The hourly worker processes due email steps only when eligibility and sender requirements are satisfied. Previewing a journey does not enable it.
Forms and social enquiries
Forms puts your project enquiry form and newsletter signup settings together. Enable and preview an embedded signup form in its settings before using it on an allowed website. Project enquiries do not subscribe somebody to a newsletter.
Social enquiries provides source-specific links for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Copy a form link or a ready reply and share it yourself. Social accounts are not connected: AjayMail does not automatically read comments or DMs or send replies. A source label identifies the link used, not a verified social identity.
Reusable assets
Email templates keeps reusable designs, Image library holds account images, and Brand design opens your newsletter styling. Image uploads require configured image storage.
