Find business prospects

Open Lead finder. Choose a category, city or region, and country. India and international locations work through the same search. A search requests up to ten listings, saves them and skips existing duplicates. Filters apply after retrieval, so a search may return fewer matching leads.

Choose a provider

Select Apify or Google Maps scraper before searching. Each card shows whether its server connection is configured. Searches use the selected provider and never switch automatically. Add APIFY_API_TOKEN to your server environment and redeploy to connect Apify. Keep it private. Apify searches consume your account credits. If a request times out, check existing runs before retrying.

Free open-source scraper

Google Maps scraper uses the open-source gosom scraper on your own server. It has no per-record provider fee, but hosting and any proxies can cost money. It needs a separate Linux server with Docker and a protected HTTPS connection. The application repository includes a deployment/google-maps setup with an authenticated gateway. Configure GOOGLE_MAPS_SCRAPER_URL and GOOGLE_MAPS_SCRAPER_TOKEN only in the server environment. Until that server is set up, this option shows Setup required.

A free scraper job uses one search phrase and a three-minute runtime. It may collect more listings, while AjayMail imports up to ten. Check results after at least three minutes. Google can throttle searches; results are not guaranteed. Both providers retain their own run results, separate from saved AjayMail leads. The scraper operator must manage that storage and retention too.

Apify searches

Apify runs in the background. Use Check results under Recent searches after about a minute. This checks the existing run without starting another one. Each run requests up to ten places, with a 0.50 USD run charge limit sent to Apify and a three-minute timeout. No reviews, images or contact enrichment are requested. Free credits are consumed by runs; they are not unlimited. Search history shows the latest five runs and survives reloading.

Import a CSV

Use Import CSV, choose a file smaller than 1 MB with up to 200 rows, review it and click Save prospects. The name column is required. Optional columns are email, phone, address, city, country, category, website, source_url and email_source. Column headers are case-insensitive. Use public business contacts you are entitled to process. Duplicate records keep their existing details.

Understand the filters and suggestions

No website listed means the source has an empty website field. A missing website column or invalid link means unknown. Neither proves that a business has no website anywhere. Ordering and booking app suggestions come from business categories, not confirmed interest from the owner. Verify the opportunity yourself.

Email availability and sources

Google Maps does not guarantee an email address. This tool saves emails only when supplied by a provider or your CSV; it does not guess them. Email enrichment is not enabled by this search. Most businesses without websites may have no discoverable email. Saved email addresses are unverified. Source links and the saved date help you review the data.

Manage and export

Use the website filters, page through 50 prospects at a time, delete individual records or export up to 5000 matching records. CSV exports protect against spreadsheet formulas. Leads belong to your signed-in account in the application database. Exports contain contact details, so share them only with authorized people.

Prospects and subscribers

Saving a lead does not subscribe the business, send a message or start an automation. A public business address is not newsletter consent. Invite interested people to your signup or enquiry form so they can choose to hear from you.
